Full Description
California isn't just a place. It's a whole identity.
The California — Golden State Gradient Embroidered Patch from CA Black Label was created for the people who carry a little piece of the Golden State with them wherever they go.
Measuring approximately 5.5" x 2", this elongated embroidered patch features the word “California” in rich Forest Green lettering, giving the design a strong, nature-inspired foundation.
Behind the primary lettering, a dimensional gradient-style shadow transitions through vibrant green, sunny yellow, shimmering gold, and warm orange. The layered colors call to mind some of the contrasts that make California unmistakable—from deep green forests and rolling landscapes to golden hills, sunshine, and fiery West Coast sunsets.
The result is colorful without being overly complicated and bold enough to make California the centerpiece.
At 5.5 inches wide, this is one of those patches meant to be seen. Its horizontal shape works especially well across the back or chest area of a jacket, on larger backpacks and totes, or anywhere you want a more substantial embroidered statement.
And because we produce our patches ourselves, this isn't simply a California design with the CA Black Label name attached to it.
The patch is embroidered in-house by CA Black Label using high-quality polyester embroidery thread, giving us direct involvement in how our designs are produced and finished.
An adhesive backing allows the patch to be heat-applied to compatible fabrics. It can also be sewn in place for additional security and long-term wear, particularly on frequently used or washed items.
Whether you're California born and raised, a transplant who found home here, a traveler collecting memories, or somebody who simply loves the Golden State, this patch gives you a colorful way to represent that connection.
Put it on your denim jacket. Add it to your travel bag. Build it into a California-themed patch collection. Or send one to somebody who moved away but still considers California home.
From the forests to the sunshine, the cities to the coast, there's a lot that can fit inside one word.
CALIFORNIA.
Golden State roots. West Coast energy. Made to represent.
