RETURNS
The Small Print
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not happy with your clothing purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus any shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. Tags must still be attached and any original packaging should also be included. Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom orders, as they are made specifically for you.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive the returned clothing item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or exchange. Once we have recieved required information requested after your intial notice.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

WARRANTY AT CALIFORNIA BLACK LABEL
Our Policy
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in our apparel for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Defects in workmanship, such as loose seams, broken zippers, or faulty buttons.
What this warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, such as pilling, stretching, or minor fading.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, such as:

Improper washing or drying (not following care instructions)

Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures

Accidental damage, such as stains, tears, or punctures

Alterations or repairs not performed by us

Damage caused by acts of God, such as fire, flood, or natural disasters.
To make a warranty claim:

Provide information: Please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or videos of the damaged item.

Return the item: If we determine that the item is covered by this warranty, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please return the item to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of your original order confirmation.

Replacement or repair: We will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion.
